Email mk@netogami.co.jp and a human will answer. It helps a lot if you mention your device (for example, iPhone 15 or iPad Air) and what you were doing when the trouble happened.

Common questions

Is my journal private?
Yes. Everything stays on your device. There is no account and we cannot read anything you write. The private vault adds a PIN on top for extra-private pages.

I forgot my vault PIN.
If Face ID or Touch ID is enabled for the vault, you can still unlock it that way and set a new PIN in Settings.

Will my data survive a new phone?
DailyMe data is included in your device backup, so restoring a new device from iCloud or a computer backup brings your journal and your Dami along.

Dami looks sad or dirty.
He probably wants a snack or a bath. Drop him in the tub or hand him something from the larder. He forgives quickly.
